Havu AI Consulting combines business expertise with hands-on execution. We help companies identify the right ways to apply AI, support AI-driven change, and build lasting capabilities.
Every organization’s success is built on unique strengths and ways of working. AI can amplify those capabilities, streamline processes, and unlock new opportunities—but finding the right applications requires an understanding of both strategic business and technical possibilities.
We act as a translator between business leadership and technical teams, ensuring AI initiatives stay aligned with business priorities and are technically feasible. Our work is always guided by the client’s goals. When needed, we expand the team through our expert network.
Effective AI adoption is built on a systematic approach that combines:
Deep understanding of business and value creation
Practical expertise in AI technologies and their applications
Balanced delivery that produces quick wins while supporting future goals
Knowledge transfer that builds internal readiness and capability

Contact usHAVU.AI was founded by Marko Paananen, who has over 20 years of experience leading business development in Nordic companies. He previously served as COO at Knowit Experience and Creuna Finland. His background is in digital business development rather than pure technology, which shapes how HAVU.AI approaches AI: as a business question first.
The main difference is that you work directly with the person doing the thinking – there is no layer between the senior consultant and the delivery. HAVU.AI also deliberately works as a translator between business leadership and technical teams. This is where many AI initiatives stall: business teams do not always have enough visibility into technical feasibility, while technical teams may lack the context to judge business priorities. When an engagement needs additional specialists, they come from a network of around 15 experts.
Both. Strategy does not create value by itself unless it leads to practical change. HAVU.AI combines business expertise with hands-on execution, including agentic workflows, workflow automation with n8n, and work on the Microsoft platform. Delivery aims for quick, measurable benefits while also building the groundwork for longer-term goals. The aim is to find where applying AI makes business sense, not only where it is technically possible.
Knowledge transfer is built into the engagement from the beginning. Wherever practical, solutions are developed together with the client's own team, key decisions and operating models are documented, and the required skills are transferred through workshops, training, and hands-on collaboration. Ownership of systems, data, and other project outputs is also structured so that the client does not become unnecessarily dependent on HAVU.AI. The measure of a successful engagement is that your organisation can continue developing and scaling the work without us.
At the core, it is always one person – you work directly with the same person doing the thinking and running the engagement. When a project needs more hands, for larger-scale technical implementation or specialist skills, people come in from a network of around 15 experts. The network adds capacity and specialist expertise when needed without the overhead of a large organisation.
