No preparation is required, but the conversation goes further if you arrive with a rough sense of where the main development needs or friction points are in your business. Useful things to consider include one or two goals, challenges, or processes where AI might help; any AI tools already in use, official or unofficial; and relevant constraints such as data sensitivity, regulatory requirements, or systems that cannot be changed. None of this needs to be documented in advance.

It depends on what comes up in the conversation. If we identify ideas worth exploring further, we can agree on a separate scoping session to assess and prioritise them based on business value and feasibility. Nothing is billed and no work starts unless we explicitly agree on it. If there’s no need to continue right now, that’s perfectly fine – you still keep the ideas from the conversation.

After that, a focused automation typically starts from around €3,000, while broader AI-driven automations are usually in the €6,000–€12,000 range. AI strategy engagements typically start from around €10,000. Before any paid work begins, we agree on the scope and price together.
